1. Information Collection

Regardless of whether the service used by the member is free or paid, Pilleye receives and maintaines the following member information:

Information provided by the member to Pilleye: Pilleye collects information that the member provides to Pilleye, including the following:

• Email address, payment method, and other personal identification information used by the member (such as nickname and company name) within the service. Pilleye collects this information through various means, such as when the member enters information during the use of Pilleye's service, contacts customer center, or participates in surveys or marketing promotions.

• Information that the member enters when using Pilleye's service or provides to Pilleye through third parties.

• If the information provided by the member to Pilleye includes personal identification information of another person or information related to another person, the member must inform the other person of this fact. Pilleye is not responsible for the collection, use, and disclosure of such other person's information.

• The responsibility for personal information submitted by the member through links on our website, etc., lies with the member.

• Information collected automatically by Pilleye: Pilleye collects information related to the member's use of Pilleye's service, communication between the member and Pilleye, and the member's Pilleye advertisement participation, as well as information related to the network, network devices, computers, or other Pilleye-enabled devices that the member can use to access Pilleye's service. This information includes the following:

• Activities within Pilleye's service
• Emails and text messages sent by Pilleye, messages received by the member through push notifications and online messaging channels, and corresponding contents
• Details related to the member's Pilleye customer center inquiry, such as inquiry time and reason, chat logs, and call recording (in the case of phone inquiries),
• The member's device ID or other unique identifier (including network devices (e.g., routers) and Pilleye-enabled devices that the member can use on the network), and related prepaid promotions, payment, and user interface information
• Identifiers that can be reset (also known as ad identifiers) used in mobile devices, tablets, streaming media devices, etc. that have such identifiers
• Device and software attributes (type and configuration, etc.), connection information including type (Wi-Fi and mobile data), page view-related statistics, referral sources (e.g., referral URL), IP address (which can be used to identify the member's approximate location information such as city/province and postal code), and standard web server log information
• Advertising information, including information related to ad usage and placement, site URL, date and time-related information, collected through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies.

• Information provided by partners: Pilleye collects information from other companies ('partners') with whom the member has a contract.

• Pilleye search terms and commands for Pilleye entered by the member through partner devices or voice assistant platforms
• Service activation information such as the member's email address or other contact information
• IP address, device ID, or other unique identifiers and related prepaid promotions, payment, and user interface information that support user authentication, Pilleye service registration process, partner payment processing, and Pilleye content provision through parts of the partner's user interface

• Information obtained from other sources: Pilleye also obtains information from other sources. Pilleye protects such information according to the method of information processing described in this privacy policy and the additional restrictions imposed by the source of the information. Although such sources may vary from time to time, but may include:

• Service providers that allow Pilleye to locate the member's location based on the member's IP address for Pilleye service personalization and other purposes that are consistent with this privacy policy.
• Security service providers that provide Pilleye with information that helps establish Pilleye system security, prevent fraud, and maintain Pilleye account security.
• Payment service providers that provide Pilleye with payment information or updates on balance information or related information based on the member's contract.
• Advertisers ('advertisers') that can provide Pilleye with the following information to conduct advertising campaigns on Pilleye: information about the member's interests, including identifiers (such as cookies or resettable identifiers), demographic information, and online activity (such as visited websites, used apps, and watched ads).
• Service providers ('ad service providers') that support Pilleye's advertising support membership and facilitate the sale, operation, and management of ads.
• Advertising measurement companies ('ad measurement companies') that support Pilleye and advertisers in understanding the effectiveness of advertising campaigns run on Pilleye.
• Online and offline information providers that support advertising support membership.
• Online and offline data provider that offers comprehensive demographic data, interest-based data, and online advertising-related data.
• Public sources such as a public database that connects social media platform posts and IP addresses with internet service providers (ISPs).
• Third-party services that offer functions such as multiplayer gameplay, leaderboard, and game save options within the PillEye game, accessible when users log in.

2. Use of Information

PillEye uses information to provide, analyze, manage, improve, and personalize services and marketing activities of PillEye, to provide, analyze, manage, improve, and select ads associated with advertising-supported memberships, to process member registration, orders, and payments, and to communicate with members on various topics. For example, PillEye uses the information for the following purposes:

• To recommend personalized content that members may be interested in

• To determine the approximate geographic location (e.g. city/state, zip code) of members

• To provide localized content

• To identify ISPs used by members to solve their network problems (using ISP aggregate information for operational and business purposes)

• To respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries and requests

• To cooperate with partners in the process of providing PillEye services to members based on specific contracts that members have with partners and providing information about the availability of PillEye services to non-members

• To establish PillEye system security, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain the security of PillEye accounts

• To prevent, detect, and investigate fraudulent or potentially prohibited activities that violate the law and to apply the PillEye terms and conditions (including determining the eligibility of members for PillEye membership benefits and the types of benefits available, and determining whether the use of a particular account is allowed according to the PillEye terms of use on a specific device)

• To assert PillEye's legal rights or legitimate interests, even if they are not legal rights

• To analyze and understand users, improve services (including user interface environment and service quality), optimize content or ad selection, recommendation algorithms, and distribution

• To communicate with members about PillEye-related news, detailed information on new features and content available on PillEye, special benefits, promotional announcements, and customer surveys related to PillEye services, and to support customers when operational requests arise, such as password reset requests. Such communication may be carried out through various means, such as email, push notifications, SMS messages, online messaging channels, and identifier matching communications (see below for details). Please refer to the ‘Choice of members' section of this privacy policy for communication settings or changes.

3. Disclosure of Information

PillEye discloses its membership information to third parties for specific purposes as described below.

• Service Providers: PillEye uses other companies, agents, or collaborative partners ('service providers') to perform services on behalf of PillEye or to assist PillEye in providing services to members. For example, PillEye uses service providers to provide marketing, advertising, communication, security, infrastructure, IT services, personalize and optimize PillEye services, provide bank account or balance information, process transactions through credit cards or other payment methods, provide customer center support, analyze and enhance information (including information about members' use of PillEye services), and process consumer surveys. PillEye uses advertising service providers associated with advertising-supported memberships. During the process of providing these services, service providers may have access to members' personal and other information. Except in cases related to the provision of services (including service maintenance and improvement), PillEye does not allow service providers to use or disclose members' personal information.

• Partners: As described above, members may have contract relationships with one or more PillEye partners. In such cases, PillEye may share specific information with partners to collaborate in providing PillEye services to members and providing information about the availability of PillEye services during the process. For example, depending on the type of partner service used by members, PillEye may share the following information:

• Information to facilitate the collection of Pilleye service charges for partner prepaid promotions or Pilleye itself.
• Information can be shared within the partner user interface to recommend features available in the Pilleye service to members. These recommendations are part of the Pilleye service from the perspective of members.

• Advertisers/Ad Measurement Companies: PillEye may share information collected from or about members with advertisers and/or ad measurement companies to select and measure the effectiveness of advertisements. For questions about the role of advertisers or ad measurement companies, please refer to the 'Information Obtained from Other Sources' section above.

• Promotions: Pilleye also provides joint promotions or programs that require Pilleye to share its membership information with third parties for the participation of its members. In the course of carrying out this type of promotion, Pilleye may share information about the promotion, such as member names. These third parties will be responsible for complying with their own privacy policies

• Protection of PillEye and other parties: PillEye and its service providers may disclose and use personal information, including users' personal information, if deemed necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures or government requests, (b) enforce relevant terms and conditions, including investigation of potential violations, (c) detect, prevent, or address illegal or suspected illegal activities (including payment fraud), security or technical problems, or (d) protect  the rights of the public or Pilleye service user to the extent required or permitted by law and to protect against harm to property or safety, If it is deemed necessary to disclose members' personal information and other information, such information may be disclosed and used.

• Transfer of business: Pilleye transfers information including personal information only if the information acquisition party agrees to respect the member's personal information in a manner consistent with Pilleye's privacy policy in connection with reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale or transfer of other assets.

PillEye will take all necessary measures to ensure that information is transferred in accordance with data protection laws when transferring personal information to another country during the information sharing process. The transferred personal information, such as name and contact information, may be electronically stored on servers operated by PillEye's service providers (e.g., in the United States, Singapore, and/or Ireland) for record-keeping and other purposes specified in this privacy policy, within the allowable scope of relevant laws.

4. Account Access

• 'Save login information' feature: For easier access to your account, members can use the 'Save login information' feature when logging in to the Pilleye. This feature helps members directly access and manage their accounts without having to re-enter passwords or go through other user verification when reconnecting to the Pilleye service on the device.

• Later on, members can create a user account for PillEye service using their existing KakaoTalk, Naver, Google, Apple, Facebook accounts, and log in to their user account through the credentials of other third-party platforms.

5. Choice of Members

E-mail and SMS. If you do not wish to receive email or specific communications from Pilleye, simply deselect the option 'Set up email reception' in the 'Account' section of the Pilleye to refuse receiving them. Please note that service-related communications from Pilleye, such as messages related to account transactions, cannot be denied.

Push notifications. Members can choose to receive mobile push notifications sent by PillEye. In some device operating systems, you are automatically registered to receive push notifications. If you no longer wish to receive such push notifications, you can simply disable the corresponding item through the settings function on your mobile device.

Identifier matching communication for PillEye. On some third-party sites and apps, PillEye may transmit a privacy-protected identifier to the third party in order to deliver online promotions related to PillEye content and services to members. A privacy-protected identifier is a value that PillEye converts the original information (such as email address or phone number) into to prevent the exposure of the original information. The third party considers it a match only if the privacy-protected identifier received matches the identifier in their own database that the member used for PillEye and the third-party service (such as email address). If there is a match, PillEye can choose whether to deliver specific promotional communication to members using the third-party site or app, optimize the effectiveness of online advertising, and measure the effectiveness more efficiently.

The process and method of personal information disposal are as follows.

In principle, personal information shall be destroyed within five days from the end of the retention period when the retention period has expired, or when the processing of personal information becomes unnecessary due to the achievement of the purpose of processing personal information, the abolition of the relevant service, the termination of the business, etc. However, an exception may apply to the retention period in accordance with relevant laws and the company's operating policies.

7. Rights of Members

Members have the right to refuse consent for PillEye to collect and use their personal information without any disadvantage. However, if a member refuses to agree to essential consent items, it may be impossible to use the service or service provision may be restricted depending on the purpose of the service.. Also, even if a member refuses to agree to optional consent items, all or part of the services that can be provided using the personal information of the optional consent item may be restricted.

Members may request access to their personal information from PillEye or modify or update outdated or inaccurate personal information held by PillEye. Members may also request that PillEye delete their personal information held by PillEye.

You can request the exercise of the above rights in writing, by email, or by other means, as provided in Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. Action will be taken only after verifying the requester's identity.

Even if a member requests the modification, update, or deletion of personal information, PillEye may refuse the request if it falls under Article 35, Paragraph 4, and Article 27, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• When it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a special regulation under the law

• When there is a risk of harming another person's life, body, or infringing on their property or other interests unfairly

• When a public agency cannot perform its duties prescribed by other laws without processing personal information

• When it is difficult to perform the contract, such as providing services agreed with the information subject, without processing personal information, and the information subject has not clearly expressed their intention to terminate the contract

To protect the personal information of children, PillEye restricts new membership registration for those under the age of 14. However, with consent from a legal representative, we may collect and use personal information of such children, while still ensuring that their rights are protected in the same way as adults. The legal representative may access, correct, delete, process, and withdraw consent for the collection, use, and provision of the child's personal information.

By accessing the "Settings" menu, members can access and update extensive information, such as registered information (email, etc.), PillEye payment information, and various account-related information (subscription information, shooting records, etc.). To access the menu, members must log in.

If you have any other requests or inquiries related to PillEye's personal information processing business, please contact PillEye's Customer Center at help@PillEye.com. PillEye responds to all requests received from individuals who seek to exercise their data protection rights under relevant data protection laws. Additionally, to learn more about additional options related to member information, please refer to the "Choice of Members" section of this Privacy Policy.

PillEye reserves the right to reject requests that are unreasonable, unnecessary, or not required by law. Examples of such requests include those that require highly unrealistic or excessive technical efforts, or those that expose PillEye to operational risks such as fraud.

Information Retention: PillEye may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of achieving payment or record-keeping, as well as the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, PillEye stores information for legitimate interests and essential business purposes, such as operating, maintaining, and improving the service, complying with legal obligations, enforcing the terms of use, and exercising legal rights and remedies. PillEye's information retention is based on various factors, including the member's relationship with PillEye (e.g., whether the member is currently a PillEye member), the nature of the information, PillEye's compliance with legal obligations, and actual or anticipated legal claims, defenses, or resolutions. When the relevant information is no longer needed, PillEye takes reasonable measures to securely dispose of or de-identify the personal information.

8. Security

PillEye employs reasonable administrative, logical, physical, and managerial methods to prevent the loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, and modification of personal information belonging to service users. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with processing users' personal information.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

PillEye reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Any changes to the policy, including the effective date, will be communicated through posting on the website or via email, in accordance with applicable laws. If a member continues to use PillEye services after the effective date of the changes, they will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted them. If a member does not wish to acknowledge or accept the changes made to this Privacy Policy, they may cancel their PillEye service.

10. Personal Information Protection Officer

PillEye has appointed a personal information protection officer to oversee the processing of personal information and handle complaints and remedies related to it. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen incidents caused by the inherent risks of basic network security, such as hacking, despite the technical security measures taken by the officer.

Pilleye는 Pilleye 서비스 및 마케팅 활동을 제공, 분석, 관리, 개선 및 개인화하고, 광고 지원 멤버십과 관련하여 광고를 제공, 분석, 관리, 개선 및 선택하며, 회원의 등록, 주문 및 결제를 처리하고, 다양한 주제에 관하여 회원들과 소통하기 위해 정보를 이용합니다. 예를 들어, 다음 목적으로 해당 정보를 이용합니다.

- 회원이 관심을 가질 것으로 생각되는 개인화된 콘텐츠를 추천하기 위해

- 회원의 대략적인 지리적 위치(예: 시/도, 우편번호)를 파악하기 위해

- 현지화된 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해

- 회원의 네트워크 문제를 해결하고자 회원이 이용하는 ISP를 확인하기 위해(ISP 집계 정보를 운영 및 사업 목적으로 사용하기도 함)

- 질의 및 요구 사항에 신속하고 효율적으로 응대하기 위해

- 회원이 파트너사와 맺고 있는 특정 계약에 기반하여, 회원에게 Pilleye 서비스를 제공하고 비회원에게 Pilleye 서비스 이용 가능 여부에 대한 정보를 제공하는 과정에서 파트너사와 협력하기 위해

- Pilleye 시스템 보안을 확립하고, 부정행위를 방지하고, Pilleye 계정의 보안을 유지하기 위해

- 사기 등 법을 위반하거나 금지될 가능성이 있는 행위를 방지, 감지 및 조사하고, Pilleye 약관(Pilleye 가입 혜택 이용 자격 유무 및 이용 가능한 혜택의 종류 결정 그리고 특정 디바이스에서 Pilleye 이용 약관에 따라 해당 계정 사용이 허용되는지 여부 결정 등)을 적용하기 위해

- Pilleye 및 Pilleye와 관련된 자의 법적인 권리 또는 법적인 권리가 아니라 하더라도 정당한 이익을 주장하기 위해

- 사용자를 분석 및 파악하고, 서비스(사용자 인터페이스 환경 및 서비스 품질 포함)를 개선하고, 콘텐츠 또는 광고 선정, 추천 알고리즘 및 배포를 최적화하기 위해

- Pilleye 관련 뉴스, Pilleye에서 이용 가능한 신규 기능 및 콘텐츠에 관한 상세 정보, 특별 혜택, 프로모션 공지, 고객 설문조사를 회원에게 전송하는 등 Pilleye 서비스와 관련해 회원과 소통하고, 비밀번호 재설정 요청과 같은 운영 관련 요청 발생 시 고객을 지원하기 위해 이러한 소통은 이메일, 푸시 알림, 문자 메시지, 온라인 메시징 채널, 식별자 일치 커뮤니케이션(아래 설명 참고) 등 다양한 방식으로 이루어질 수 있습니다. 커뮤니케이션 설정이나 변경과 관련해서는 본 개인정보 처리방침의 '회원의 선택' 섹션을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

 3. 정보의 공개

Pilleye는 아래에 설명된 바와 같이 특정한 목적으로 제3자에게 회원 정보를 공개합니다.

- 서비스 제공업체: Pilleye는 Pilleye를 대신해 서비스를 수행하거나 Pilleye를 도와 회원에게 서비스를 제공하는 작업에 다른 회사, 에이전트 또는 협력업체('서비스 제공업체')를 이용합니다. 예를 들어 Pilleye는 서비스 제공업체를 이용해 마케팅, 광고, 커뮤니케이션, 보안, 인프라, IT 서비스를 제공하고, Pilleye 서비스를 맞춤화, 개인화 및 최적화하고, 은행계좌 또는 잔액 정보를 제공하고, 신용카드나 기타 결제 수단을 통한 거래를 처리하고, 고객 센터 지원을 제공하고, 정보(사용자의 Pilleye 서비스 활용에 관한 정보 포함)를 분석 및 향상하고, 소비자 설문조사를 처리 및 관리합니다. Pilleye는 광고 지원 멤버십과 관련하여 광고 서비스 제공업체를 이용합니다. 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 서비스 제공업체는 회원의 개인정보 및 기타 정보에 접근할 수 있습니다. Pilleye는 서비스 제공(서비스 유지 및 개선 포함)과 관련된 경우를 제외하고 서비스 제공업체가 회원의 개인정보를 사용하거나 공개하도록 허가하지 않습니다.

- 파트너사: 위에서 설명한 것처럼, 회원은 한 곳 이상의 Pilleye 파트너사와 계약 관계일 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 Pilleye는 회원에게 Pilleye 서비스를 제공하고 Pilleye 서비스의 이용 가능 여부에 대한 정보를 제공하는 과정에서 파트너사와 협력하고자 특정 정보를 파트너사에 공유할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 회원이 이용하는 파트너사 서비스의 종류에 따라 Pilleye는 다음과 같이 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.

    - 파트너사 선불 프로모션 또는 Pilleye에 전달할 Pilleye 서비스 요금의 수금이 용이하도록 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.

    - Pilleye 서비스에서 이용 가능한 콘텐츠와 기능을 파트너사 사용자 인터페이스 내에서 회원에게 추천하기 위해 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다. 회원 입장에서 이러한 추천은 Pilleye 서비스의 일부이며, 여기에는 맞춤화되고 개인화된 콘텐츠 추천이 포함될 수 있습니다.

- 광고주/광고 측정 회사: Pilleye는 광고를 선택하고 광고 효과를 측정 및 개선하기 위해 회원으로부터 또는 회원에 대해 수집한 정보를 광고주 및/또는 광고 측정 회사와 공유할 수 있습니다. 광고주 또는 광고 측정 회사의 역할에 대해 궁금한 점이 있는 경우 위의 '다른 출처에서 얻은 정보' 섹션을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

- 프로모션 제공: Pilleye는 회원의 참여를 위해 Pilleye가 제3자와 회원 정보를 공유해야 하는 공동 프로모션이나 프로그램을 제공하기도 합니다. 이러한 유형의 프로모션을 수행하는 과정에서 Pilleye는 회원 이름 등의 프로모션 수행 관련 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다. 이러한 제3자는 자체 개인정보 보호 정책을 준수할 책임을 지게 됩니다.

- Pilleye 및 기타 당사자의 보호: Pilleye와 서비스 제공업체는 (a) 관련 법률, 규정, 법적 절차 또는 정부 요청에 응하기 위해, (b) 이용 약관 위반 가능성에 대한 조사를 포함해 관련 이용 약관을 적용하기 위해, (c) 불법적이거나 위법성이 의심되는 행위(결제 사기 포함), 보안 또는 기술적 문제를 감지, 방지 또는 해결하기 위해, (d) 법률상 요구되거나 허용되는 범위에서 Pilleye, Pilleye 서비스 사용자 또는 대중의 권리, 재산 또는 안전에 대한 위해로부터 보호하기 위해, 회원의 개인정보 및 기타 정보의 공개가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 해당 정보를 공개하고 이용할 수 있습니다.

- 사업 양도: 조직개편, 구조조정, 합병 또는 매각, 기타 자산 양도와 관련해 정보 인수 당사자가 Pilleye의 개인정보 처리방침과 일관된 방식으로 회원의 개인정보를 존중하기로 합의하는 경우에 한해 Pilleye는 개인정보를 포함한 정보를 이전합니다.

Pilleye는 정보 공유 과정 중 개인정보를 다른 국가로 이전할 때 항시 이러한 정보가 본 개인정보 처리방침에 따라, 데이터 보호에 관한 관련 법률의 허용 범위 내에서 이전되도록 만전을 기할 것입니다. 이전된 개인정보(성명과 연락처 정보 등)는 기록 유지의 목적과 본 개인정보 처리방침에 규정된 다른 목적을 위해 Pilleye의 서비스 공급업체가 (예컨대) 미국, 싱가포르 및/또는 아일랜드에서 운영하는 서버에 전자적 방식으로 저장될 수 있습니다.

 4. 계정 액세스

- '로그인 정보 저장' 기능: 회원은 계정에 보다 손쉽게 액세스하기 위해 웹사이트 로그인 시 '로그인 정보 저장' 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 회원이 브라우저에서 Pilleye 서비스에 재접속할 때 비밀번호를 재입력하거나 기타 사용자 확인을 거칠 필요 없이 계정에 바로 액세스하고 Pilleye 서비스를 관리하도록 도와주는 기술을 사용합니다.

- 추후 회원이 기존의 카카오톡, 네이버, 구글, 애플, 페이스북 계정 등을 사용하여 Pilleye 서비스에 대한 사용자 계정을 만들고 타사 플랫폼의 증명을 통하여 사용자 계정에 로그인할 수 있습니다 .

 5. 회원의 선택

이메일 및 문자 메시지. Pilleye로부터 이메일을 통한 특정 커뮤니케이션의 수신을 원치 않는 경우, Pilleye ‘알림 설정'에서 해당 항목 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다. 계정 거래 관련 메시지와 같이 Pilleye가 보내는 서비스 관련 커뮤니케이션은 수신 거부할 수 없음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.

푸시 알림. 회원은 Pilleye가 보내는 모바일 푸시 알림의 수신 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 일부 디바이스 운영체제에서는 푸시 알림 수신에 자동으로 등록됩니다. 이러한 푸시 알림을 더 이상 받지 않고자 하는 경우, 모바일 디바이스의 설정 기능을 이용해 해당 항목을 해제하시면 됩니다.

Pilleye의 식별자 일치 커뮤니케이션. 일부 제3자 사이트와 앱에서는 Pilleye가 개인정보 보호 식별자를 해당 제3자에게 전송함으로써 Pilleye 콘텐츠 및 서비스 관련 온라인 프로모션을 회원에게 전달할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호 식별자란 Pilleye에서 (이메일 주소 또는 전화번호 등) 원본 정보를 특정 값으로 변환해 원본 정보의 노출을 방지하는 것입니다. 해당 제3자는 수신한 개인정보 보호 식별자와 자사 데이터베이스의 식별자를 비교하여, 회원이 Pilleye 및 해당 제3자 서비스에서 동일한 식별자(이메일 주소 등)를 사용한 경우에만 일치하는 것으로 간주합니다. 일치하는 경우, Pilleye는 해당 제3자 사이트나 앱을 이용 중인 회원에게 특정 프로모션 커뮤니케이션을 전달할지 여부를 선택할 수 있고, 온라인 광고의 효과를 최적화하며 그 효과를 더욱 효율적으로 측정할 수 있습니다.

 6. 회원의 정보 보유기간 및 파기

서비스 이용 시 수집되는 정보 및 그 보유기간은 다음과 같습니다.

개인정보 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

원칙적으로 파기 기한은 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과된 경우 보유기간의 종료일로부터 5일 이내, 개인정보처리 목적 달성, 해당 서비스의 폐지, 사업 종료 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 개인정보의 처리가 불필요한 것으로 인정되는 날로부터 5일 이내에 그 개인정보를 파기합니다.  단, 아래와 같이 관련 법령 및 회사 운영 정책에 의하여 예외적인 보관 기간이 적용될 수 있습니다.

 7. 회원의 정보 및 권리

회원은 Pilleye에 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 동의를 거부할 경우 받는 별도의 불이익은 없습니다. 단, 필수 동의 사항에 동의를 거부할 경우 서비스 이용이 불가능하거나 서비스 이용 목적에 따른 서비스 제공에 제한이 따르게 됩니다. 또한, 선택 동의 사항에 동의를 거부할 경우에도 선택 동의 개인정보 항목을 이용하여야 제공받을 수 있는 서비스 전부 또는 일부 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

회원은 Pilleye에 자신의 개인정보에 대한 액세스를 요청하거나, Pilleye가 보유하고 있는 오래되거나 부정확한 개인정보를 수정 또는 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 또한, Pilleye에서 보유하고 있는 자신의 개인정보를 삭제하도록 요청할 수도 있습니다.

위 권리 행사는 개인정보 보호법 시행령 제41조 제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편 등을 통하여 요청할 수 있으며, 요청자가 본인인지를 확인한 후 조치가 가능합니다.

Pilleye는 회원이 개인정보에 대한 수정, 업데이트, 삭제 요청이 있더라도, 개인정보보호법 제35조 제4항, 제27조 제2항에 해당하는 경우 해당 요청을 거절할 수 있습니다.

- 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나 법률상 의무를 준수하기 위하여 불가피한 경우

- 다른 사람의 생명, 신체를 해할 우려가 있거나 다른 사람의 재산과 그 밖의 이익을 부당하게 침해할 우려가 있는 경우

- 공공기관이 개인정보를 처리하지 아니하면 다른 법률에서 정하는 소관 업무를 수행할 수 없는 경우

- 개인정보를 처리하지 아니하면 정보주체와 약정한 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 등 계약의 이행이 곤란한 경우로서 정보주체가 그 계약의 해지 의사를 명확하게 밝히지 아니한 경우 등

Pilleye는 아동의 개인정보보호를 위하여, 만 14세 미만의 아동의 경우 신규 회원 가입을 제한합니다. 단, 법정대리인의 동의를 얻은 경우 해당 아동의 개인정보 수집, 이용이 가능하며 성인과 같은 권리를 보장합니다. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 및 정보의 수집, 이용, 제공에 대한 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

Pilleye ‘설정' 메뉴로 이동하면 등록된 정보(이메일 등), Pilleye 결제 정보 및 다양한 계정 관련 정보(구독 정보, 촬영 기록 등) 등 광범위한 정보에 액세스 및 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 해당 메뉴에 액세스하기 위해서는 로그인해야 합니다.

다른 요청을 접수하고자 하거나 Pilleye의 개인정보 처리업무와 관련해 궁금한 사항이 있는 경우, Pilleye의 고객 센터(help@pilleye.com)로 문의하시기 바랍니다. Pilleye는 데이터 보호에 관한 관련 법률에 따라 데이터 보호 권리를 행사하려는 개인으로부터 접수한 모든 요청에 응답합니다. 또한 회원 정보와 관련된 추가적인 선택 사항에 대해 확인하려면, 본 개인정보 처리방침의 '회원의 선택' 섹션을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

Pilleye는 지극히 비현실적이거나 과도한 기술적 노력이 필요하거나 Pilleye를 사기와 같은 운영상의 위험에 노출시킬 수 있는 요청 등 비합리적이거나 법률상 요구되지 않는 요청을 거부할 수 있습니다.

정보의 보관: Pilleye는 회원의 선택을 존중하고 결제 또는 기록의 목적과 본 개인정보 처리방침에 명시된 목적을 달성하기 위해 정보를 관련 법률 및 규정에서 요구 또는 허용하는 대로 보관할 수 있습니다. 특히, Pilleye는 서비스의 운영, 유지 및 개선, 법적 의무 준수, 이용 약관 시행을 포함한 법적 권리 및 구제책의 행사와 같은 합법적인 이익과 필수적인 사업 목적을 위한 정보를 보관합니다. Pilleye의 정보 보관은 회원과 Pilleye와의 관계(예: 회원이 현재 Pilleye의 회원인지 여부), 정보의 성격, Pilleye의 법적 의무 준수, 실제 또는 예상되는 법적 청구 방어 또는 해결과 같은 여러 요소를 기반으로 합니다. Pilleye는 관련 정보가 더 이상 필요하지 않은 경우 개인정보를 안전한 방법으로 폐기하거나 비식별 처리하기 위해 합리적인 조치를 취합니다.  

 8. 보안

Pilleye는 서비스 사용자의 개인정보가 소실, 도난, 무단 액세스, 이용 및 수정되지 않도록 합리적인 방식으로 행정적, 논리적, 물리적 및 관리적 방법을 활용합니다. 이러한 방법은 서비스 사용자의 개인정보 처리에 수반되는 위험을 기준으로 그에 적합한 수준의 보안을 제공하도록 설계되어 있습니다.

 9. 본 개인정보 처리방침의 변경 및 고지

Pilleye는 법률적, 규제적 또는 운영상의 요구 사항이 변화함에 따라 필요시 본 개인정보 처리방침의 내용을 수정할 수 있습니다. Pilleye는 법률에 의거하여 해당 변경 내용(효력 발생일 포함)을 홈페이지 내 게재 또는 이메일 발송의 방법으로 통지합니다. 변경 사항의 효력 발생일 이후 회원이 지속적으로 Pilleye 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 해당 변경 사항을 인지하고 (해당하는 경우) 수락한 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침의 변경 내용을 인지 또는 수락하고자 하지 않을 경우, 회원은 Pilleye 서비스 이용을 취소할 수 있습니다.

10. 개인정보보호책임자

Pilleye는 개인정보 처리에 과한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

그러나, 책임자의 기술적인 보완조치에도 불구하고, 해킹 등 기본적인 네트워크 상의 위험성에 의해 발생하는 예기치 못한 사고에 대해서는 책임이 없습니다.
