Pilleye Terms of Use

Pilleye is a free service that provides pill counting, photo storage, and record information to members through a mobile phone app and internet server. However, the pill counting system through the multi-analysis function is provided as a paid service through subscription.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Pilleye services. 'Pilleye Services' or 'Our Services' as referred to in these Terms of Service means a Service that includes all features and functions, websites and user interfaces, as well as all content and software related to the Pilleye Services.

1. Service use scope and subscription

1.1 Shooting, pill counting and record analysis, storage, and record viewing services through Pilleye service are provided for free as basic services.
1.2. Pilleye subscription defines subscription service for pill counting service through multi-analysis function in addition to membership registration.
1.3. Your Pilleye subscription will last until terminated. Pilleye requires Internet access and a Pilleye-enabled device, and you must provide Pilleye with a third-party payment method. 'Payment Method' is an approved payment method that is currently valid and can be updated if necessary. If the subscription is not canceled before the payment date, the subscription fee for the next payment cycle will be charged to the member's payment method (see 'Cancellation' below).
1.4. Pilleye may offer special promotional subscriptions, or subscriptions to link and deliver services. Some subscriptions have different terms and restrictions, which are disclosed upon sign-up or through other communications available to members.

2. Free use

2.1. When you sign up for the Pilleye subscription service, the free period of use of the pill counting service through multi-function is provided for 7 days. The period of free subscription service is specified at the time of sign up, and is provided for the purpose of allowing new and existing members to experience the multi-analysis service.
2.2. Eligibility for free access may be determined at Pilleye's sole discretion. Pilleye may limit eligibility or length of use to prevent abuse of free access.
2.3. You can check the free period of Pilleye subscription service through the ‘Account’ page.
2.4. If the subscription service is not canceled before the free period ends, the subscription fee for the next payment cycle will be charged to the registered payment method at the end of the free period. You can check the subscription fee and the end date of the free period through the 'Payment Details' page of the 'Account' page.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. Payment cycle. Pilleye Multi-Analysis Service Subscription Service fees and other charges incurred in connection with the use of the service (e.g. taxes, transaction fees, etc.) will be charged to the payment method registered on the payment date indicated on the Member's 'Account' page. The payment cycle is determined from the date the member joins the Pilleye subscription service and is determined for one month or one year depending on the subscription product. In some cases, such as when the registered payment method is not properly processed or the subscription service is started on a date that does not exist in a specific month, the payment date may change. You can view your next payment date by clicking on 'Payment Details' on Pilleye's 'Account' page.
3.2. method of payment. To use the Pilleye subscription service, you must provide a payment method provided by other organizations. Members are responsible for any outstanding amounts. If the member does not cancel the account even though the payment was not processed normally due to the expiration of the validity period or insufficient balance, the member's use of the service may be restricted until the payment to a valid payment method is completed. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge the member for fees such as overseas transaction fees or fees related to processing other payment methods. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used. You can check with your payment method service provider for details.
3.3. Payment method update. Members can update the payment method on the payment information page provided by other organizations. Pilleye may also update a member's payment method using information provided by the payment service provider. By making the update, you authorize Pilleye to continue billing for that payment method. Members who use the subscription service authorize Pilleye to charge other payment methods of other organizations linked to the member's account if it can no longer be used to pay for the subscription fee.
3.4. Termination: Members may terminate the Pilleye subscription service at any time, in which case they can continue to use the subscription service until the end of the payment cycle. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the payment amount is not refundable, and our refund or credit service is not supported for the period when the subscription service is not used. You can check the refund policy for the remaining period with your payment method service provider. To cancel the subscription service, please go to ‘the Account' page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel the subscription service, your account will be automatically terminated at the end of the current payment cycle. When your account is closed, you can check the 'Accounts' page. If a member signs up for Pilleye using a third-party account as a payment method, they may need to do so through that third-party to cancel the account. In addition, members can access their third-party accounts to check billing information related to Pilleye subscription services.
3.5. Upon termination, the use of the pill counting service using the multi-function connected to the server from this device will be suspended after the next billing point. However, for the accuracy of deep learning, the photo information collected on the server is not deleted. Account storage records are not deleted through termination without direct deletion from the records. Therefore, search and view functions of undelete previous records are continuously available for the same account.

4. Pilleye service

4.1. There is no age limit for Pilleye services.
4.2. The Pilleye service and all content provided through this service should be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes, and your account provided by the service should not be shared with anyone other than yourself. During the term of your Pilleye subscription service, Pilleye will give you access to Pilleye multi-functional services. Except for the aforementioned rights, no rights, titles or interests are transferred to the member.
4.3. Members may only use the service within the country in which they created the account primarily and within regions where Pilleye has provided the service and licensed Pilleye content. Available services are subject to change from time to time. The number of devices that a member can use at the same time is 1 device per account and can be checked on the 'Account' page. Pilleye services, including libraries, are updated regularly. In addition, Pilleye continually tests various aspects of the service, including user interface, availability and promotional benefits.
4.4. Members agree to use the Pilleye Services (including all features within the Services) subject to any applicable laws, rules, regulations, or other restrictions related to the use of Pilleye Services and Content. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, demonstrate, create, sell, solicit or use information contained in the Pilleye service or acquired through the Pilleye service as a secondary work. In addition, members bypass, delete, modify, invalidate, weaken or damage the functions of the Pilleye service, or use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means to access Pilleye services, or reverse engineering, or reverse compiling software or processes accessible through the Pilleye service. Or, do not manipulate the Pilleye service in any way, such as inserting a code or product, or use data mining, data collection or extraction methods. In addition, members may upload, e-mail, or send and transmit materials designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the function of software or hardware or communication equipment related to the Pilleye service, including software viruses or other codes, files or programs. If a member violates 4.1 4.2 4.3 or 4.4 of these Terms of Use, or engages in illegal copying, impersonation, fraudulent use of credit cards, or other similar fraudulent or illegal activities, Pilleye will terminate the member's use of the service or Can be limited.
4.5. The screen quality and speed of the Pilleye service may vary depending on the device and may be affected by various factors such as region, available internet bandwidth or internet access speed. The minimum connection speed to use Pilleye service is 0.5Mbps, but a high speed is recommended for good service quality. All internet access fees are the responsibility of the user. Please check with your internet service provider for details on internet data usage charges that may apply.
4.6. Pilleye software was developed for the purpose of Pilleye services and is designed to use Pilleye services using Pilleye support devices. Pilleye software may vary by device and media. Members acknowledge that Pilleye services may require third-party software that is subject to a third-party license agreement. Member agrees to automatically download updated versions of Pilleye Software and related third party software.

5. Password and account access.

We may terminate a member's account in order to protect identity theft, fraudulent use of credit cards, or other equivalent fraud or illegal activities by creating a Pilleye account.

6. Limitation of Warranty and Liability.

Pilleye is committed to providing reliable services. However, unintentional service interruption or errors may occur. Pilleye is not responsible for damages suffered by members who cannot use the service due to intention or negligence, but for damages beyond the normal range due to special circumstances.

7. Other

7.1. Service use range. Pilleye service provides indirect data on pill counting and record storage, and Mediccount's services promote convenience, but have an auxiliary and additional purpose for work accuracy. Therefore, we acknowledge that the user is responsible for any accidents and losses resulting from the use of this service. 7.2. Service center. If you would like more information about Pilleye services and features, or if you need help with your account, you can use our Customer Center(customer@mediscount.net). 7.3. Changes and transfer of Terms of Service. Pilleye may change these Terms of Service from time to time. Pilleye will notify members at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Contracts with Pilleye members (including related rights and obligations) may be transferred or transferred in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable laws, and members may terminate their Pilleye membership at any time if they do not agree to this. 7.4. Electronic communication. Pilleye will only notify you of information related to your account (e.g. payment approval, invoice, password or payment method change, confirmation message, notification) only in electronic form, such as sending an email to the email address you provided at the time of registration.

1. 서비스 이용범위 및 구독

1.1 Pilleye 서비스를 통한 촬영, 알약 계수 및 기록분석, 저장, 기록보기 서비스는 기본서비스로서 무료로 제공됩니다.
1.2. Pilleye 구독은 회원가입 이외에 멀티 분석 기능을 통한 알약 계수서비스를 위한 구독 서비스로 정의합니다.
1.3. Pilleye 구독은 해지 시까지 지속됩니다. Pilleye를 이용하려면 인터넷 액세스 및 Pilleye 지원 디바이스가 필요하며 타 기관의 결제수단을 이용해야 합니다. '결제수단' 이란 현재 유효한 승인된 결제수단으로서, 필요시 업데이트 될 수 있습니다. 결제일 전까지 구독을 해지하지 않을 경우, 다음 결제 주기의 구독 요금이 회원의 결제수단으로 청구됩니다(아래 '해지' 내용 참조)
1.4. Pilleye는 특별 프로모션 구독이나, 서비스 공급과 연계하고 제공하는 구독을 제공할 수 있습니다. 일부 구독에는 상이한 조건 및 제약이 있으며, 이는 가입 시 또는 가입 후 회원이 사용할 수 있는 기타 커뮤니케이션을 통해 공개됩니다.

2. 무료이용

2.1. Pilleye 구독서비스 가입 시 멀티기능을 통한 알약계수 서비스의 무료이용 기간이 7일간 제공됩니다. 구독서비스 무료이용 기간은 가입 시 명시되며, 신규회원 및 기존회원이 멀티 분석 서비스를 체험해 보도록 하기 위한 목적으로 제공됩니다.
2.2. 무료이용자격은 Pilleye 단독 재량에 따라 결정될 수도 있습니다. Pilleye는 무료이용의 남용을 방지하기 위해 자격요건이나 이용기간을 제한할 수 있습니다.
2.3. Pilleye구독서비스 무료이용기간에 대한 내용은 ‘계정’ 페이지를 통하여 확인할 수 있습니다.
2.4. 무료이용기간이 종료되기 전까지 구독서비스를 해지하지 않을 경우, 무료이용기간 종료 시 다음 결제 주기의 구독요금이 등록된 결제수단으로 청구됩니다. 구독요금과 무료이용기간의 종료일은 '계정' 페이지의 '결제상세정보' 페이지를 통하여 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 결제 및 해지

3.1. 결제주기. Pilleye 멀티 분석 서비스 구독서비스 요금과 서비스 이용과 관련해 발생하는 기타 청구금액(예: 세금, 거래 수수료 등)은 회원의 '계정' 페이지에 표시된 결제 날짜에 등록된 결제 수단으로 청구됩니다. 결제주기는 회원의 Pilleye구독서비스 가입 일을 기점으로 구독 상품에 따라 1달 또는 1년으로 결정됩니다. 등록된 결제 수단이 정상적으로 처리되지 않거나 특정 월에 존재하지 않는 날짜에 구독서비스가 시작된 경우 등의 일부 경우에는 요금 결제일이 변경될 수 있습니다. Pilleye의 '계정' 페이지의 '결제 상세 정보'를 클릭하면 다음 결제 날짜를 확인할 수 있습니다.
3.2. 결제수단. Pilleye 구독서비스를 이용하려면 타 기관에서 제공하는 결제 수단을 사용해야 합니다. 미결제 금액에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 유효기간 만료, 잔고 부족 등 사유로 결제가 정상적으로 처리되지 않았는데도 회원이 계정을 해지하지 않는 경우, 유효한 결제 수단에 청구가 완료될 때까지 회원의 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 일부 결제 수단의 경우, 발급자가 회원에게 해외거래 수수료나 기타 결제 수단 처리관련 수수료 등의 수수료를 청구할 수 있습니다. 현지 세금은 사용된 결제 수단에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 결제 수단 서비스 제공업체를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.
3.3. 결제수단 업데이트. 회원은 타 기관에서 제공하는 결제정보 페이지에서 결제 수단을 업데이트 할 수 있습니다. Pilleye에서도 해당 결제 서비스 제공업체에서 제공하는 정보를 이용하여 회원의 결제 수단을 업데이트 할 수 있습니다. 업데이트를 하는 경우, 회원은 Pilleye가 해당 결제수단으로 계속 청구하는 것을 승인하는 것입니다. 구독서비스 이용회원은 등록된 결제수단이 여러 이유로 구독 서비스 요금 결제에 더 이상 사용될 수 없는 경우, Pilleye가 회원의 계정에 연결된 타기관의 다른 결제 수단으로 청구하는 것을 승인합니다.
3.4. 해지: 회원은 언제라도 Pilleye 구독서비스를 해지할 수 있으며, 이 경우 결제 주기가 종료될 때 까지는 구독서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 결제 금액은 환불되지 않으며, 구독서비스를 이용하지 않은 기간에 대하여 당사의 환불 또는 크레딧은 제공서비스는 지원되지 않습니다. 잔여기간에 대한 환불정책 사항은 결제 수단 서비스 제공업체를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 구독서비스를 해지하려면 '계정' 페이지로 이동하여 해지관련 안내를 따르시기 바랍니다. 구독서비스를 해지하는 경우, 계정은 현재 결제주기가 종료될 때 자동으로 종료됩니다. 계정이 종료되는 시점은 '계정' 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 회원이 타사계정을 결제 수단으로 사용하여 Pilleye에 가입한 경우, 계정을 해지하려면 해당 타사를 통해서 해지해야 할 수도 있습니다. 또한 회원은 해당 타사의 계정에 접속하여 Pilleye 구독서비스와 관련된 청구정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
3.5. 해지 시 본 디바이스로부터 서버로 접속하여 이용하는 멀티 기능을 이용한 알약 계수 서비스의 이용은 다음 청구 시점 이후 이용이 중지됩니다. 다만 딥러닝의 정확성을 위해 서버에 수집하는 사진정보는 삭제되지 않습니다. 기록에서 직접 삭제를 하지 않고 해지할 경우 계정저장기록은 삭제되지 않으며, 따라서 같은 계정일 경우에 삭제되지 않은 이전기록의 검색 및 보기 기능은 이용 가능합니다.

4. Pilleye서비스

4.1. Pilleye서비스에 대한 연령제한은 없습니다.
4.2. Pilleye서비스와 이 서비스를 통해 제공되는 모든 콘텐츠는 개인적, 비상업적 용도로만 사용해야 하며, 서비스에서 제공하는 본인계정은 본인 외에 타인과 공유해서는 안됩니다. Pilleye구독서비스 가입 기간동안 Pilleye는 회원에게 Pilleye 멀티 기능 서비스에 액세스 권한을 부여합니다. 앞서 언급한 권한을 제외하고는 어떠한 권리, 소유권 또는 이권도 회원에게 이전되지 않습니다.
4.3. 회원은 일차적으로 계정을 생성한 국가 내에서 그리고 Pilleye가 서비스를 제공하고 Pilleye콘텐츠에 대한 라이선스를 허용한 지역내에서만 해당 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용 가능한 서비스는 수시로 변경될 수 있습니다. 회원이 동시에 이용 가능한 디바이스의 수는 한 계정당 1기기이고 '계정' 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 라이브러리를 비롯한 Pilleye서비스는 정기적으로 업데이트 됩니다. 또한, Pilleye는 사용자 인터페이스, 이용가능 여부, 프로모션 혜택 등 서비스의 다양한 측면에 대한 테스트를 지속적으로 실시합니다.
4.4. 회원은 모든 관련 법률, 규칙, 규정 또는 Pilleye서비스 및 콘텐츠 사용과 관련된 기타 제한에 따라 Pilleye서비스(서비스 내 모든 기능 포함)을 이용하는데 동의합니다. 회원은 Pilleye서비스에 포함되어 있거나 Pilleye서비스를 통해 획득한 정보를 복제, 배포, 수정, 전시, 시연, 2차적 저작물로 생성, 판매 권유하거나 이용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다. 또한 회원은 Pilleye서비스 내 기능을 우회, 삭제, 수정, 무효화, 약화 또는 훼손하거나 Pilleye서비스에 접근하는데 로봇, 스파이더, 스크레이퍼나 기타 자동화 수단을 이용하거나, Pilleye서비스를 통해 접근 가능한 소프트웨어나, 프로세스 역컴파일, 리버스 엔지니어링 또는 코드나 제품을 삽입하는 등등 어떤 방식으로든 Pilleye서비스를 조작하거나, 데이터마이닝, 데이터 수집 또는 추출방법을 사용해서는 안됩니다. 또한 회원은 소프트웨어 바이러스나 기타 코드, 파일이나 프로그램을 포함하여 Pilleye서비스와 관련된 스프트웨어나 하드웨어 또는 통신장비의 기능을 방해, 파괴 또는 제한하기 위해 설계된 자료를 업로드, 이메일 전송, 또는 다른 방식으로 발송 전송해서도 안됩니다. 회원이 본 이용약관의 4.1 4.2 4.3 또는 4.4조를 위반하거나, 불법복제, 명의도용, 신용카드 부정사용, 기타이에 준하는 사기행위 또는 불법행위에 가담하는 경우, Pilleye는 회원의 서비스 사용을 종료시키거나 제한할 수 있습니다.
4.5. Pilleye서비스의 화면품질 및 속도는 디바이스에 따라 달라질 수 있으며 지역, 사용 가능한 인터넷 대역폭이나 인터넷 접속속도 등 다양한 요인의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. Pilleye서비스를 이용하기 위한 최소 연결 속도는 0.5Mbps이나, 양호한 서비스 품질을 위해서는 높은 속도를 권장합니다. 모든 인터넷 접속 요금은 사용자 부담입니다. 부과될 수 있는 인터넷 데이터 이용 요금에 대한 세부 사항은 인터넷 서비스 제공업체에 확인하시기 바랍니다.
4.6. Pilleye 소프트웨어는 Pilleye서비스를 위한 목적으로 개발되었으며, Pilleye지원 디바이스를 이용해 Pilleye서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다. Pilleye 소프트웨어는 디바이스와 매체 별로 달라질 수 있습니다. 회원은 Pilleye서비스 이용을 위해 타사 라이선스 계약의 대상인 타사 소프트웨어가 필요할 수 있음을 인지합니다. 회원은 Pilleye소프트웨어와 관련 타사 소프트웨어의 업데이트된 버전을 자동으로 다운로드 하는 데에 동의합니다.

5. 비밀번호 및 계정 액세스.

Pilleye계정을 생성하여 본인의 등록결제 수단에 요금이 청구되는 회원(이하 '계정소유자')은 명의도용, 신용카드 부정사용이나 기타 이에 준하는 사기행위 또는 불법행위로부터 회원 및 등을 보호하기 위해는 회원 계정을 종료할 수 있습니다.

6. 보증 및 책임의 제한.

Pilleye는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력합니다. 다만, 고의성이 아닌 서비스 중단이나 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 고의 또는 과실로 인하여 서비스를 이용할 수 없는 회원이 입은 손해를 배상하되 특별한 사정으로 인한 통상적인 범위를 벗어나는 손해는 Pilleye가 책임지지 않습니다.

7. 기타

7.1. 서비스이용범위. Pilleye서비스는 알약 계수 및 기록 저장에 대한 간접적인 자료를 제시하며 필아이의 서비스는 편리함을 증진하지만, 업무의 정확성을 위해 보조적이고 부가적인 목적을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서 본 서비스 이용으로 인한 사고 및 손실에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있음을 인지합니다.
7.2. 고객센터. Pilleye서비스 및 기능에 대한 자세한 정보를 확인하고자 하거나 계정과 관련하여 도움이 필요한 경우 고객센터(customer@mediscount.net)를 이용할 수 있습니다.
7.3. 이용약관의 변경 및 양도. Pilleye는 수시로 본 이용약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. Pilleye는 변경사항이 적용되기 최소 7일 이전에 관련 내용을 회원에게 통지합니다. Pilleye회원과의 계약(관련권리 및 의무 포함)을 관련 법률에서 정한 절차에 따라 양도 또는 이전할 수 있으며, 회원은 이에 동의하지 않는 경우 언제라도 Pilleye멤버십을 해지할 수 있습니다.
7.4. 전자적 커뮤니케이션. Pilleye는 회원 계정과 관련한 정보(예: 결제 승인, 청구서, 비밀번호 또는 결제수단 변경, 확인 메세지, 공지)를 회원이 등록당시 기재한 이메일 주소로 이메일을 전송하는 등의 전자적 형태로만 통지합니다.
